First of all, please make sure you have the latest drivers for the iSpy software.

Next, please make sure you have updated the drivers for your graphics card.
You can do this by following the below video:
Finally, before you open the iSpy software, please make sure you right click on the software icon and select "run as administrator".
After following this, you should be able to select the camera from the drop down menu.
