If you have a smart TV it is certainly possible, but because your WiFi or wired IP camera is connected to your internet router rather than directly into the TV it is not always simple. Additionally, most TVs aren't compatible with mobile phone apps so the app used to view the camera cannot normally be directly installed on them.

Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV Stick or Apple TV

By far the easiest way to do this is to use a Chromecast or Apple TV and open up the app you use to view the camera, to then send the camera feed from your phone onto the TV screen. If you don't want to use either of those apps you can install VLC onto your phone, and enter the RTSP stream of the camera into it. Then you can use a Chromecast/Apple TV to send the feed to the TV.

You do not necessarily need one of these devices but the process is more complicated without one. Unless your TV will allow for installation of an app that can process the video feed coming from the camera (many TV's do allow this, and if so the VLC app is probably available to be installed), you will need an intermediary device of some kind whether it be a Chromecast or a laptop plugged into the TV.

Using a computer

If you have a computer with an HDMI port you can just set up the camera so it can be viewed on your computer, then simply connect your computer to the TV.

Using an RTSP stream

If you are technically inclined, it is possible to use an RTSP stream to send the feed to the TV, but you will need to process the stream using a computer program (such as VLC) before it is sent to the TV. We have not personally tested this as these cameras are not intended for use with smart TV, but if you are interested here is a good starting point.

One device that can be used to do this is an Android TV box; see this article for more information:

Some devices (like the Amazon Fire TV stick) can have VLC installed directly on them, allowing them to process the RTSP stream without the need of a device in the middle to process the RTSP stream.
