This article will show you how to update the Green Feathers app on your phone to the latest version.

Background

The Green Feathers app has recently had its first update and is now version 1.0.1... Hurray!

We are working hard to improve the Green Feathers app, and we know that the most important part of customer service is a trouble free experience when getting the camera set up. We have been listening to your feedback; this is why for the first Green Feathers update we have focused on reducing issues, rather than adding new features.

So you won't find any new features with this update (though they will be coming in future), but if you have been having any problems setting up or using the camera then this update should help.

Let’s get started

First thing, you might want to check which version of the app you currently have.

You can find this in the 'Me' section of the app:

Then select Settings > About. The app version will be listed under 'Current Version'. If the current version of the app is 1.0.1 then you have the latest version and do not need to update it.

If the version is 1.0.0, then you will need to update the app. You will not need to set the camera back up, it will remain connected to your Wi-Fi router while the app is updated.

Just go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store depending on your device, and search for Green Feathers.

• If you still have the app installed, it should say 'Update'. 
• If you have already uninstalled the app, then just click 'Install'. 
• If you are already on the latest version, it will say 'Open'.
